Behind every interaction is our operations team. They keep coordination smooth between our care teams and the people we serve, so every request moves quickly and nothing gets lost along the way.
Back Office (BO)
Handles administrative work behind the scenes, from records and paperwork to coordinating processes between teams, so care teams can stay focused on patients.
IT
Builds and maintains the Compass technology platform and apps, keeping every system up to date, secure and running smoothly.
Business Development (BD)
Builds relationships with healthcare organizations and partners, bringing Compass services to more patients and communities.
With part of our operations team based in Vietnam, Compass can easily step in outside US business hours, when patients and partners need support the most.
